Overcharging
During our projects, our office managers ensure regular site visits to inspect the work. We also conduct random visits to ensure our workmanship remains top-notch. The materials we use come from trusted suppliers, with whom we work closely to guarantee both quality and competitive pricing. We believe that combining high-quality materials with skilled workmanship delivers an exceptional finish.
We charge fairly and in line with our quoted rates. We believe in providing value for money, as our business thrives on recommendations from satisfied customers.
Our policy on overcharging is clear and strictly enforced. If any of our engineers deliberately violate this policy, they will be dismissed. All time charges are verified through our advanced tracking system, and material costs are confirmed with receipts.
We take full responsibility for our charges. If you believe you've been overcharged, please contact our 24-hour office, and we will promptly address the issue. We will verify the times and material costs, and if any overcharge is found, we will issue a credit accordingly.
